Dual duty today at Ghirardelli Square and Concannon Vineyard. Putting in work and having a great time feeding new friends.

Day one at the Ghiradelli Chocolate Festival went well. We did a demo in front of a live studio audience, served over 1000 pieces of chocolate covered cheeses to rave reviews, have been vlogged about and blogged about several times in one day, been lovingly offered a tv show (not sure if that one was real) and had a wonderful day. We are shutting it down and getting ready to get up and do it all over again! Thank you everyone for coming out!

Getting ready for the Ghiradelli Chocolate Festival tomorrow. Putting chocolate covered cheese with sea salt and lime infused olive oil drizzle. Yep, we do that! We will also be serving a dark chocolate, pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich with peach preserve. Ok I know that sounds "challenging" but it's soooooo good!
