I will be posting every week a fact about where our food creations come from, our heritage, roots, culture and more! My mother’s cooking comes from her mother and grandmother while living in Cotija de la Paz ,Michoacán. As the oldest daughter , she had many roles as she grew up and helping cook was one of them.
