She loves what she does, and enjoys watching her community grow. She likes knowing she has made a difference in her residents lives. Paul Spinks is the maintenance technician, and is one of the newest team members at Quality Management Group. He has been working for Quality Management Group for three months. A fun fact about him is he is a people person.

New approach is expected to bring higher prices for state housing tax credits

Today, Quality Management Group's onsite teams participated in budget training sessions. We pride ourselves on conducting ongoing training to provide the added assurance for our owners and partners of continuous quality improvement that protects their investment.

On Tuesday, July 18th, CAA and Quality Management Group is hosting the Annual Economic Forecast from 8:30am - 10:30am at the Ontario Double Tree. Featured Speakers include Dr. Jay Prag, a Clinical Associate Professor from Claremont Graduate School, and Mr. Michael Cobb, a Market Analyst from the CoStar Group. On June 8th, Related Companies, San Bernardino County and La Barge Industries hosted the phase two opening of Bloomington Grove Apartments. Bloomington Grove is the first multi-use development of its kind. It is located in Bloomington, CA, and has a total of 120 two and three bedroom apartments. We are excited about the phase two opening, and look forward to the future phases to be completed.

Over the next few months, we will be introducing our teams. First up is the Laurel Woods team! Deneice Morton is the manager at Laurel Woods Apartments in Fontana, and she has been working with Quality Management Group for 12 years. A fun fact about her is she used to run track for USC and USA. Guillermo Garcia is in charge of maintenance at Laurel Woods Apartments. He has been with Quality Management Group for 7 years. On his free time he likes to ride motorbikes and is a ...marksman shooter. Thank you, Deneice and Guillermo, for all your hard work and dedication!

Quality Management Group is participating in the MADD Walk on June 10th at Charlotte N. Werner Elementary School in the City of Rialto. Be sure to sign up and join the cause! Can't wait to see you there!

Our partners, All Things Are Possible, had a teen/family dinner night for our residents at Riverwalk. The owner of Sangs Thai Restaurant in Macon, Georgia challenged the kids to venture out of their comfort zone and try something new.
