Qigong Nevada City

Hi Friends and Students, The Full Life Open House is tomorrow Feb 8, from 2-5 pm and we would love to see you and your friends there! Please sign up for our door prizes when you arrive. There will be small sheets of paper and a bowl inside the door. The first hour and a half will be a combined class where each teacher gives a taste of their style. I, Elena, will be teaching about 2/3 of the way through, so about 3 pm. We will have mats set up in the studio and people can c...ome experience the teachers. You may come and go between teachers, slipping out or in quietly and leaving or taking mats. At 3:30 we will transition to snacks and tea. If you would like to bring snacks to contribute, feel free. This will be a time to talk with teachers, ask questions and get to know one another. We will do a drawing for the door prizes near the end of the event.
