Today @EsperanzaAztecs Medical Sciences Academy students Carly Austin, Michael Garza, Dylan Smock and teacher Val Easton offered an overview of their Anatomage Table to Superintendent Dr. James Elsasser. The device is the world’s most technologically advanced anatomy visualization system, offering dissectible human cadavers reconstructed in precise 3D models and much more. Students in the academy use the device to gain hands-on experience to prepare them for college and a career in the medical field. #PYLUSD

The district is working closely with the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) in order to have the Internet restored as soon as possible. However, students who participate in remote learning at home will not be able to access their teachers/classes until the outage is resolved. All absences will be excused for students who participate in remote learning. Students who attend in-person hybrid classes or child care on campus should still plan on coming to school at their regularly scheduled times.
