WE ARE MOVING!! Thank you to those who have helped in anyway with the renovating of PIIP! We are excited to now be located inside of the Impact Center, Home of On Ramps Church!! God is doing so many new things even through a pandemic!! . . Pray with us as we navigate through the health guidelines, plan for a new season and agree with God on how He wants to further His vision of Purposed II Praise in this season. ... . . With moving, there are needs and expenses. If you are led to give in anyway, we challenge you to do so! Here are the ways: 1.) You can sponsor the school as a whole as a one time give, monthly give or yearly give. 2.) You can sponsor a child's tuition, one time, monthly or yearly. 3.) You can donate anything from $1 - $1000 for the upkeep, supplies, space rental, new furniture, equipment and safety of our space. One time give, Monthly give or yearly give. Hey PIIP Family!! We are MOVING!! and we need YOUR HELP!! Are you able to volunteer some time this Fri Aug 28th 6pm -9pm &/or this Sat Aug 29th 8am-1pm?? If you have tools and supplies from the list that is a plus too!!... We welcome all hands, materials & tools that can be provided. Wear your mask and come on out! . . Here is what we have compiled for a list of projects. Painting: Stairwell ceiling, Upstairs Workspace, exterior touch up, and foyer doors Electrical: Install new outlets and switches in Activity Center Irrigation: Install drip irrigation for parking lot planters Installation: Install TVs in Activity Center Lounge & Cafe Demolition: Demo western side of hallway & hang sheetrock Organization: Organize P2P storage space, and relocate lumber in upstairs youth space Trash: Cut down large items and dispose in trash bin Weeding: Weed south parking lot for potential P2P use Tools needed: weed eater or hula hoe (2) flat head screwdrivers (10) paint rollers (heads only) (5) small paint brushes (2) very small paint brushes (10) paint trays gloves Let us know if you are coming? "Distance for Safety, Drum for Connection The Libota Mbonda Fresno African Drumming Group will be hosting an African Drum Class and Drum Circle this Saturday! We have 35 drums available for use and will have hand sanitizer and masks for people to use during the event. This is the first African Drumming class to be hosted in Fresno Feel free to bring your own chair or drums to the drum circle!"

I HOPE FRESNO IS READY!!! God gave the vision, but not without provision. After hours of grant writing, I just found out that our African Drumming group was awa...rded a grant to do FREE African Drumming Classes and Community Drum circles in Fresno We want to bring people together using Drumming, spread African Culture, and have everyone experience the excitement and joy found in music With this grant we will be hosting bi-weekly classes and monthly drum circles at different parks around Fresno...for FREEEE thanks to the California Arts Council! IN JULY, we will have 30 REAL African Djembes for anyone to use during classes at Purposed II Praise School of Dance studio. With the combined efforts of Every Neighborhood Partnership, Brenda Myers, Cheo El Rombero, Marsha R Jones, and the Fresno Arts Council we will have massive family centered drum circles 70+drums and percussion instruments for people to play and come together! Our first Class is scheduled forJuly so stay posted and please still donate to the gofundme in the bio(part of our requirement is to raise a portion of the funds, so a $5,$10, & $20 helps us get closer).
