Uncle Fred (our friendly ghost) and I are proud to announce the birth of our Purple Moon Seabreeze Cottage. This sweet little house has been around a very long time since the 1930s and it comes with a wonderful array of fine furnishings, comfortable beds and a great deck outside with a back yard to enjoy. Our home has special spiritual value due to the fact that back in the 30's, the lady that owned our house used to feed the hobos off the train. They would come over and ...line up and she would feed them. Our house draws people from all over just to see it and enjoy it. We have people come and just bless it out of the blue. I noticed when I bought this place in 1994 that I had a ghost. He was very playful and fun and I kept asking him to somehow let me know who he is. I am very curious about these things. Well, lo and behold, my beautiful banker walks in one day and says, "Wow, my Uncle Fred used to live here." I told her all the shenanigans he had pulled and we both agreed it was him. She told me how much he had loved this house and I really felt it was him. So I have a wonderful ghost that watches over the place with me. You will find in Ventura, CA there are lots of ghosts downtown and there are actual ghost walks you can do with Richard Senate downtown. See more
