We are currently expandi...ng our team at all Pure Barre San Diego locations which includes studios in Carlsbad, Del Mar, East Village, Hillcrest and Eastlake. We're seeking a qualified Sales Representative in addition to a General Manager, and a Barre Instructor. Here's a little bit more about each position... General Managers lead the community, instructors and salespeople they're responsible for to promote the growth of that studio's community, create a welcoming atmosphere, provide a world-class fitness experience and are eager to grow in leadership, sales, sales training and management skills. Sales Representatives focus on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community! The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members. Instructors lead Barre classes, have a background in group fitness or dance and love helping people achieve their goals. The best applicants will be outgoing, already have experience teaching for Pure Barre or be willing to get certified and are interested in teaching 5+ classes per week. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. Salespeople and instructors are generally part time. The General Manager role is a full time position position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift. REQUIREMENTS: Warm welcoming and engaging personality Ability to build strong customer relationships Self-motivated and takes initiate Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Must be have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Must have proficient computer skills Authorization to work in the United States required COMPENSATION & PERKS: These positions offer a very competitive base rate Commission paid on sales Huge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales, lead teacher and management positions Free unlimited membership to all Pure Barre San Diego locations Employee family member membership discounts Employee Retail Discounts
