I started my Pure Barre experience at the Pure Barre Studio in Portsmouth New Hampshire (@purebarreportsmouth) a little over a year ago. I am an avid cyclist and I was looking for something that could help improve the strength of my core, my flexibility, and also provide a great full body workout. After doing quite a bit of research I decided to give Pure Barre a shot and went to a Foundations class a few days later. Pure Barre was exactly what I was looking for! When I went to my first Classic class I could not believe how hard the workout was and how much I was sweating. I remember commenting to the instructor how tough her class was! Well I was hooked and knocked out my first 100 classes in no time. As I took more Pure Barre classes I could feel my cycling improving and I started to see major gains in my speed and overall fitness. I also found that Pure Barre is more than just a great workout, it’s an amazing family that encourages each member to be the best version of themselves! A truly accepting community no matter who you are! After moving to San Diego California I wanted to continue my Pure Barre workouts, so I called the Pure Barre Studio in Del Mar and they gladly invited me to join their family. I picked up right where I left off and I am loving every workout at my new studio. Between the two studios I am almost to 250 classes and looking forward to hitting 100 at my new Pure Barre home!!! @timrmccoy we’re so glad you joined us here in Del Mar and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish!! . . .
