It’s a new year and we have some new faces at the studio! We are thrilled to introduce the Regional Sales Manager of the studio, Andie, to our amazing team! Please read below to learn a little more about Andie. Andie was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. Growing up, Andie explored a myriad of sports before finding swimming. She joined the Junior National team at 14 where she specialized in sprint freestyle. In high school, Andie was ranked the top 50 yard freestyler ...in the state of Missouri, (as well as for Kansas and Nebraska!) She broke numerous long standing records for her club and high school team, some of which stand to this day! Five years ago she moved to California to swim for Pepperdine University. Recently Andie graduated with a BA in Philosophy. Andie loves painting, people, the beach, and of course Pure Barre! She has loved getting to know you all and is so excited to continue to see your lovely (masked) faces in the studio! Happy Thanksgiving from our Pure Barre family to yours!

Throughout the month of November we will be sharing simple tips to increase feelings of wellbeing through practices of gratitude. Our first tip is to keep a gratitude jar. Set it out somewhere easily accessible with paper and pen available. Once a week reflect on something small or big in your week that made you smile, laugh or helped you in some way. Write it down and place it in your jar. Pick a designated time or times throughout the month or year to sit down and read through your jar. This simple act will reinforce the positivity available to you at any moment!
