CONCORD, the wait is OVER! We are open for dine in outdoors, pick up and delivery at 5pm. Gracias for your patience as we adjust to new guidelines and practices. This time hasn’t been easy and it’s been incredibly hard to not be open for you. But we are back and better than ever! Our hours of operation are Sun-Thurs, 11-9 and Fri & Sat, 11-10. APRIL UPDATE: Per government guidelines, all Puesto locations are still closed and will continue to be closed until further guidance is received. We had hoped to open for delivery, but have decided, at this incredibly difficult time, to remain closed to protect the health and safety of our team. These are truly unprecedented times which are probably the hardest challenge the restaurant industry has ever had to face. We miss you, our customers and our fans. We miss serving y...ou. We miss the art of cooking. We miss having our employee family together. We miss seeing the joy on your face when you'd bite into our crispy melted cheese filled tacos and your communal cheers with Perfect Margaritas. We miss you more than you know and we can't wait to share a meal with you again. In the meantime, we have shifted all of our efforts to helping the community, providing meals and care packages to all we can, when we can. We've done over 5,000 meals and are working on ways to provide more. We've also been trying to have some fun on Instagram (@eatpuesto) sharing #QUARANTENDING videos and connecting with you virtually. Thank you for all your support and kind words. The belated reviews mean so much to us, as do your gift card purchases. We smile seeing you try to recreate your Puesto favorites at home. Amigos, It was truly an honor to serve you through our Puesto Cares boxes. The response was overwhelming and we are fueled with hope for the future. Gracias for the opportunity to serve you. We hope it brought you some joy. At the heart of our restaurants is family and it’s clear now that we need to do what’s necessary to keep our loved ones healthy. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily closing all our restaurants in California until we get the go ahead fro...m officials that it’s safe to operate again, effective tonight, March 16th. We’ve done all we possibly can to stay open this past week in order to provide our employees with stability in this uncertain time and we are committed to keeping on as much of our staff on as possible while we are closed. Dear Amigos, Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus. As a family run business, family comes first at Puesto and we consider you all a part of our extended family. YOU make Puesto what it is. As a member of our family, your health and safety is our first priority. We’ve always taken pride in our clean and well-run restaurants and recognize that is now more important than ever. We are actively monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situatio...n and are taking any steps advised by the CDC, WHO, and local health officials. In our stores, we have increased cleanings and sanitizations during open hours and with after hour deep cleans. We’ve emphasized health protocol with all employees, including washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds each and every time; sanitizations of tables and menus; avoiding touching of the face; and heightened personal hygiene. The back of the house team will continue to use gloves when handling all food. Most importantly, any staff showing signs of illness will stay home. Unless instructed otherwise, all Puesto locations are open as normal and we want to help restore and nourish you as we navigate this unfamiliar situation.
