Thank you to the Improv Collective, my Improv instructor and my team captain for everything. We emerged as the winners of the IV League Tournament and it was a blast improvising with you all. As I work towards becoming a Clinical Psycho Therapist, I see improv as a great way to help others like myself become a better version of themselves. As someone who grew up very sheltered and rereserved, improv has given me the skills to communicate in a more expressive, confident and genuine way in and out of the theater.
