I am so happy to own this business. I am so happy to be apart of a business that has been around for 40 years. I want to thank everyone in our community who have come and used my services and I want to invite anyone who still needs services to come and see what I can do for you. We also offer scanning services. So if you have a lot of paperwork sitting in filing cabinets and want it converted to a PDF and placed on a disk or flash drive we do that for a per paper fee. We can do a yearly contract or we can just do every now and then. Let me know.

Hello everyone we are adding anew feature to the business. I have been out of commission for a few months due to illness, but my associate/ cousin kept the fort down. She has been awesome. We need to add some nee features it is time. We already do notaries ($15 per notary signature) and notes and deeds of trust ($90 + $15 notary fee) and we do deed transfers ($90+$15 notary fee). We do many other things such as eviction notices ($100+$10 per 3/30/60 notice we do) and dissolu...tion of marriage paperwork ($100+). We also do affidavit of deaths. These are just some of he normal duties we provide. We want to add some new features and see who out there would be interested. We are going to add invoicing. Which means we will take information you provide us and out it into an invoice for you. We will charge either an hourly wage or by page depending on how long it takes us. Some businesses do a lot of invoicing and we want to take that work away from you and do it. It can be a hassle but we love it. Just need all information from you and we will format it and we can even send them out for you. Take all the worry away from you for that. We also want to add to the business bill payee to the business. If you provide us your information and we have the ability to write out he checks we will take what you owe employees or bills and distribute that money for you. That can be a hassle for anyone and we will provide that service for you. We will even do it for someone who just needs help watching their finances. We are not accountants so there are some restrictions to it, but we can be your payee representative. Well there is what we want to add let me know what you think and what small business or people who would take advantage of this opportunity.

okay alright. So I want to add a new service to my business, but before I do I want to get a poll of how many people out there think it is useful and how many of you know people who would use the service. I am going to take a two day class to become a Quickbooks professional. I want to start book keeping or even just doing a service to help people better understand quick books. I also want to be able to be a representative payee for people who may need help. There is a littl...e more research I need to do to become payee, but I have heard many people need this service. Please leave you comments and suggestions of what you think.

These last few months have been difficult. To many good people have passed. I apologize to any potential customers for not being available when you needed. I want to send out a prayer to all the friends and family who have recently lost someone. It is hard to deal with and just know you are not alone. There are plenty of people in your life to help you along the way. I am here in my office most of the week and then I will not be available next week because I have to go out o...f town to help my cousin with the death of her dad. I am so heart broken over having to go and do this with her, but I will be there for her to help her stay strong. She is such a wonderful person and she needs the support I can give. If you need any work done Please come see me this week and we can help you get done what needs to be done. Sabrina Valentine will now be able to answer the phones and do some work in the office when I am not available. She will eventually have her own business name and times she is available. We are waiting on the last set of paperwork and then she will be my first independent contractor. We are well on our way of becoming something bigger. I am so excited for her to join my team. k

ONE YEAR. IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR ALREADY. wow how time flies. It is a good day. the sun is shining. I am getting work done. besides this second and it is a good day.

Ok so it's that time again. How is everyone doing? Hopefully you all are having a good month. I am here if any of you need any services. Plus I have new stuff coming soon. I have now An embosser for that more import stuff. Also I have livescan coming soon and as soon as I figure it out I will have bill pay as well. And maybe in the way far feature hopefully by the end of the year tax preparing and process serving. Trying to expand my business a little bit at a time.
