This event coincides with the lighting around the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C. to memorialize all American lives lost. While the new ED is under construction, PSJMC caregivers had the opportunity to visit the construction site and create cement handprints as keepsakes. Thank you Swinerton for this exciting opportunity!

Throughout an incredibly challenging year, you showed the true spirit of what makes up an emergency nurse. It is important now more than ever to get your seasonal flu vaccine. There is a significant risk of having the flu virus and COVID-19 circulating together this season. Providence Community Health Team is collaborating with local organizations to conduct FREE Flu Clinics in different areas of the San Fernando Valley. Providence is partnering with Los Angeles County to host mobile, in-person vote centers for the 2020 Presidential General Election, an alternative to mail-in ballots and traditional polling places. Mobile vote centers offer the same services. For voter and staff safety, face coverings will be required and social distancing will be in place.
