Tears as the Universe brings us FULL CIRCLE. Today is a bittersweet day, my friends. (Please read & hold me and Mark Goddard in sacred space and love. Ty!) Today is the final final FINAL cleanout day at the Placerville home where we lived, loved, taught (Reiki and more) and learned life lessons for 8 years. And FB reminds me that literally 8 years ago, we moved into this, our Dream House which we both manifested. The only constant in life is change, yes? And some phases in li...fe bring us more changes than others. How do I feel? Happy. Sad. Grateful. Curious. Relieved. Heavy. Light. Intense. Free. Astounded. Aware. Content. And my heart overflows with love. ... Love for our past. SO very thankful for all our times here. For celebrations with friends & family, from Game Nights to holidays, from Reiki retreats to healing sessions, from gazing at my young boys peacefully sleeping to steadily, beautifully becoming men before my eyes. Love for the land. From gentle mornings with meditations, moving or still, to hummingbird flitters. From the ritual of coffee and tea and setting intentions together and individually to hugs and foot rubs and star gazing and moon dancing. Love for the foothills and mountains, the pines and the veggies grown with care, to the clouds and winds, cozy fires and river days. And love most of all for the people. Many of our people will be coming with us as we create our new lives. I will be blessed to live with my sons and furbabies, and be near both my mothers, and my niece Sarah. Mark will be near his mom & stepdad, and we strongly commit to remaining close as Friends & Family Forever (F3!). And yet... Today we take a moment on this Memorial Day weekend to honor what we now lay to rest in our own memorial service, when we do a gratitude & completion ritual on our land, kiss the front door... and one another... What is remembered, lives.
