#TodaysPromise reminds us that those who come to our heavenly Father will never perish because we are being held safely in the palm of His hand where no one can snatch us away. No matter what comes our way, nothing can snatch us out of the loving, invincible hands of both Father and Son. May the thought of this security bring much peace to every troubled heart.

#TodaysPromise reminds us that no matter what pain we are going through in our life today, God understands. He knows us more than we know ourselves. When He sees our struggles and our suffering, His heart is filled with compassion for us. As David also wrote in Psalm 103:13-14, God has compassion on us just like a good father has compassion on his children. May we be overwhelmed with His steadfast love today in the midst of our suffering.

#TodaysPromise reminds us that on the day of the year that many people celebrate love (Valentine's Day), may we all be reminded of the greatest of all loves that comes from the Father to us through His Son, Jesus Christ. The love that God has for us will never ever fail. Earthly loves may disappoint us from time to time, but the love that God has for us will never change and will last forever.

Day 40: Love Is A Covenant Where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God. Ruth 1:16 TODAY’S DARE Write out a renewal of your vows and place them in your home. Perhaps, if appropriate, you could make arrangements to formally renew your wedding vows before a minister and with family present. Make it a living testament to the value of marriage in God’s eyes and the high honor of being one with your mate.

#TodaysPromise reminds us that when we truly wait upon God in obedience to the direction of His Holy Spirit in our lives, we are demonstrating our wholehearted trust in His goodness to lead us. When we trust Him, we honor His ability to do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. May we all see the incredible benefits of learning to wait on God.

Day 39: Love Endures Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:8 TODAY’S DARE Spend time in personal prayer, then write a letter of commitment and resolve to your spouse. Include why you are committing to this marriage until death, and that you have purposed to love them no matter what. Leave it in a place that your mate will find it.

#Todayspromise reminds us that we will never find an end to the love of God and we will never exhaust His faithfulness. May our God and Father give us the power to grasp the vastness of His immeasurable love and faithfulness that stretches to the heavens and beyond. May each one of us be rooted and grounded in His love for us so that we will never ever again struggle to believe that He really loves us.

#Todayspromise reminds us that the Lord is good and kind and compassionate to all that He has made! Every day, He showers His compassion on us without many of us even aware of His tender mercies. For those who have ever question the goodness of God, just watch a sunrise or sunset. Look at how our Father feeds the birds of the air. How he pours out his rain in due season. He is indeed tenderhearted and is good to all that He has made! ... And that includes us!

#Todayspromise reminds us that God sees everything we are going through and He promises a crown of life for all that love Him. So don't give up, keep on going, for one day we will all be wearing a crown of life created for us by our loving Father.

#Todayspromise reminds us that God's kingdom cannot be moved. This kingdom is part of our inheritance. It is a kingdom that is safe and secure and beyond the influence of fallen men. It is a kingdom where the greatest will be the servant of all and its citizens, little children. May we never take this kingdom lightly. May the fear of the Lord fill us with an ever increasing awareness of this unshakeable kingdom that we are receiving right NOW!

We can set our hearts at rest knowing that the God of all grace will restore us, make us strong and be steadfast as we continue to walk towards the eternal glory that soon awaits us.

May the weightiness of this revelation settle upon each one of us today as we ponder the amazing life changing truth that Jesus is happy to share the vastness of His inheritance with us because we are children of God and joint-heirs with Him! May the Holy Spirit bear witness with our spirits today and make this truth a reality for each one of us.

There is never a moment when God takes His eye off of us. He is always attentive to us and knows what we need before we even ask for it.

May the overwhelming peace of God rest upon us today and provide the protection that our hearts and minds need to live at peace, even in the midst of life's storms.

For those who are struggling today with a feeling of being uncovered in some way, we can be encouraged to know that love will cover us completely, for that is what love does. It always protects. May each and every one of us take a moment right now and thank God for trusting us with His presence. May we never take His indwelling for granted!

We can be encouraged by the words of Paul the Apostle in Philippians 4:7...And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

#Todayspromise reminds us that God wants us to overflow with His grace at all times and in every situation. May we learn to receive all the grace that God wants to give us. As we receive the abundant, never ending supply that flows from heaven, it will overflow in our life so that we will have all that we need to do every good work that He has planned for us.

And the reason why they are there and active on our behalf is because we belong to God and are His kids. The presence of angels surrounding each one of us, is simply a token of our Father's affection. What an amazing thought! The angel of the Lord surrounds us!
