He will demonstrate a garlic soup with rock shrimp and pesto followed by a mango, apple tarte tatin with coconut, lime sorbet. The event begins promptly at 6pm. He has won numerous awards in Pastry arts, including accolades at the New York food show in 1989 and 2001, and recognition from France-Amerique in 1991. Open house begins prompltly at 6pm.
