Never have we ever felt so proud at PRO-CPR "Just wanted to share a story and give thanks to PRO-CPR. My husband and I have taken your CPR course for years now. We have never needed to use it in our field (I'm a Physical Therapist and Matt is a Echo Sonographer). However on the night of October 1st we were involved in the Las Vegas shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. We had just certified with you a month prior. I'm so proud to let you know that Matt came acro...ss many in need and did perform 2 man CPR on one individual and delivered rescue breaths. He remembered the tips given for when you are in a situation with no medical equipment. He had already taken the shirt off his back to tie a tourniquet on a woman shot in the arm and so he requested the shirt off another mans back and ripped it to use as a makeshift barrier. He was able to be achieve chest rise with this and continued the CPR sequence until they were able to put him in the back of an ambulance. After reading and hearing about first hand accounts there were many first responders who jumped into action and performed CPR that night. So I wanted to say 'thank you' for what you do and for giving training that may be required in the real world and even in situations that seem 'out of this world'. We will see you again in two years!" Kim M.
