If you follow the instructions on the ticket machines and pull a Limited Civil Ticket you will be placed back into the system at the end of the Unlimited Civil Line, resulting I you having to wait twice for no reason at all. ... There are NO NOTICES POSTED telling you of the change and what to do. I asked the clerks to post a notice by the ticket machines but they seemed uninterested in preventing the worst day of their life from happening.

Morales of the story... Out-of-State Process Servers please send simple and easy to understand instructions, like "Personal Service Only, GM or Higher," Sub Serve on First Attempt to Co-Resident 13+ No Service on Sunday." As a professional process server and expert at your craft, you should be able to break your service requirements down into a simple sentence or two. Don't send the code section and expect someone to read it, let alone understand it. This is how you convince your client it is better to have you serve their out-of-state process rather than go directly to me. I'd rather get it from you anyway... you know how to fill out your own proof, I don't.
