Primos Mexican food is a restaurant group with locations throughout Southern California. We are searching for a Restaurant General Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years stable restaurant management experience in the Temecula area. We offer great pay as well as unlimited growth and advancement potential in a fun & friendly environment! If you are quick on your feet and up for a great challenge, we will provide you expert support and some of the best training in the Restaurant In...dustry! Salary + potential annual bonus based on key performance + health benefits and paid vacation!!! Duties and responsibilities include: Being a great leader and promoting a successful business and team Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, front of the house as well as back of the house. Assist in Coaching and Training team members Controlling Inventory and P&L’s Creating weekly work schedules Dealing with food and alcohol vendors as well as ordering product Responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures MICROS POS knowledge a plus Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and data entry Requirements: At least 2 3 years of restaurant management experience Experience hiring and recruiting new talent, including familiarity with legal hiring documents Able to create a fun and unique atmosphere for guests and employees alike Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States
