Looking to fill a job in Manteca. PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE COMMENTING OR MESSAGING ME. - Thank you! We are a small business located in Manteca looking to fill 2 positions. The following applies to both jobs: HOURS: Hours are 5AM till 3:30 PM Monday thru Thursday, with a half hour lunch a 15 minute break in the morning & afternoon, overtime is a very good possibly LOCATION: In Manteca near Yosemite Avenue and Austin Road... REQUIREMENTS: Current and valid documents that establish identity and documents that establish employment authorization. Reliable transportation to and from work. Willing and able to work 40 hours a week, consistently. Team player. Follows directions, policies and procedures. No experience necessary. Benefits available for those who qualify. Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen the day of their hire. Not the next day or the following Monday, THAT DAY. PRESS OPERATOR: Must be 18. No experience necessary. This is hard work. The presses generate heat and coupled with the outside temperature, especially during the summer can make for uncomfortable but not unbearable temperatures at times. Will be working with raw rubber. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, though you will seldom have to do so. Must pass a drug screen. Please do not apply if you do not truly want to work. It is hot in the summer, cool in the winter. We will train and prefer people who have no experience in operating a hydraulic press. We look for dependability, people who show up on time, keep the visiting to a minimum. Just show up, on time, and be here every day. Job requires standing and walking short distances all day, has minimal but occasional twisting and bending. The need is IMMEDIATE. TRIMMER: Ideal to be over 18, but not required. No experience necessary. Small motor skills working with parts a MUST. You will be using provided tools to cut parts out of rubber, trim excess off rubber and visual skills to make sure the parts are good. Keeping notes on how to perform the variety of tasks is ideal. Basic math skills a must, adding subtracting, or using a calculator. Attention to details. No computer skills required. Will also working in production support and shipping as needed. This job has a lot of sitting, standing, lifting, bending and twisting involved. This is a very active job. The need is IMMEDIATE.
