Check out H & R Steel hoisting a mechanical roof screen via crane at our project at Director's Place. Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems are made up of several components that are designed to be efficient with little concern given to physical appearance. The new HVAC system being installed by us at Directors Place is made up of several large pieces of unsightly equipment that are located both on the roof and in a mechanical yard. Air Handler Units (AHU), the si...ze of shipping containers, are located on the roof and work together with the ground-based equipment to circulate hot or cold air throughout the building. Within 48 hours notice that over 21 Niland fire displaced families were moving out of hotels into RVs, HomeAid San Diego's network raised enough funds to donate... over 21 home good care kits to families that lost their homes in early July 2020 due to a brush fire. With the threat of COVID and the temperature over 105 each day, relocating the elderly and children can be very dangerous. We are glad HomeAid San Diego could help these families with bedding, towels and grocery gift cards. Today is the punch walk at MEDHERO, where they have spared no expense when it comes to keeping their patients safe with MERV filters and UV light with antimicrobial air filtration.
