Improve high blood pressure by taking active steps (even if they are baby steps) to control weight, add in exercise, and reduce stress. Try to lower your salt intake along with consuming a little less alcohol too. Now have fun with meals that add berries, bananas, beets, and leafy green vegetables. The more colorful your plate, the better! :)
