Mustard Dill Seasonal Fish with Green Beans SERVES FOUR Ingredients 1.25 lb wild fresh halibut 18 cups Dijon mustard 2 tsp Dry Dill 1/4 cups Avocado Oil 2 lbs Green Beans 1 lemon zest and juice Salt to taste Directions Portion Fish into 5 oz filets and coat with mustard and dill and a tiny bit of salt. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet tray at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes so they are medium-rare inside. Set aside to cool. Toss green beans in avo oil and salt. Roast for 5 minutes at 400 degrees and set aside to cool and then toss in lemon zest and juice. See more
