Not only do I have a physically taxing job but I also weight train and during quarantine my body was just not being stimulated in the proper ways/forms. I was in chronic pain from my workload and needed to find a chiropractor. After searching for a couple weeks I decided to try a session with Dr. Cruze. Let me start by saying, wow, jus...t wow! After one session I felt so much tension released. His knowledge and education he gives his patients is so clear and helpful. I have been seeing him consistently, every week for 6 weeks and we are starting to break down a lot of that built up tissue. Initial assessment was extremely thorough and he explained how my body is compensating or reacting due to areas of tightness or restriction, explained what he was doing and why, recommended at least 10 exercises for me to do at home - HOMEWORK! Well, if you want to feel good, consistency is key! I had a follow up appointment about 3 weeks later and he took the time to prepare my body for the... adjustment with ART, clearly Dr. Nick Cruze is knowledgeable, professional, and enjoys helping people. He is now part of my preventative health plan, if Insurance doesn't cover chiropractic, an HSA (Health Savings Account) will. I have lived here for 20 yrs and have worked with many practitioners, but this guy knows his stuff. His knowledge is extensive, he has great exercise programs, and he gives a great cervical which isn't so easy to achieve. My mobility had been affected because of some knee issues that I have had for the past 3 years. Seeing physical therapists who did not know what they were doing made it worse. Since I started having my sessions with Dr. Bailey, my mobility has improved! I can exercise and have started walking downstairs, something I could not do for 3 years.
