Yes, we have re-opened! And we’re excited to be back to work! 1. We will first offer appointments (in order) to those who had an appointment on the books before we were shut down. 2. Next will be those who come on a regularly scheduled maintenance schedule. (Every week, every other week, etc.) 3. Third will be those who have called in to see if we’re taking appointments yet. We have a list and we’re offering appointments in the order the requests were received. ... PLEASE BE PATIENT!!! We are excited to be open and we know your pet needs a grooming- but we literally have HUNDREDS of pet grooming appointments to get through and we’re working through the list in the most organized, fairest and quickest way we know how. Thank you for you patience and loyalty during this stressful time!

THANK YOU to all our loyal clients during this shut down! We have received a lot of support since we decided to comply with the stay at home order. However, some have asked why we’re closed and other salons are open. Here’s how it is: Pet groomers are listed under Limited Services which were included in the shut down. To satisfy our mind, we both sent an email and called the county authorities to be sure this included groomers. The answer both times was YES. So at this t...ime, according to the county, all groomers should be closed. We don’t entirely understand the logic of why some businesses are allowed to remain open while others need to close. Are we going to suffer financially? Yes. Are we going to lose some customers because they go to another salon that remains open? Possibly. But as we look at the covid19 numbers, they are horrifying. Hypothetically, what if we remained open and we were inadvertently responsible for one of our clients or employees getting sick? What if that, in turn, cost somebody their life? That is very possible. And that is not ok with us. So as numbers go, we want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Plus, all politics aside, we are sooo glad we’re not the ones that have to make the hard decisions and then receive all the hate and backlash and outright rebellion that is so common these days. The least we can do is follow our consciences and do what we feel is the right thing. We hope everybody is staying safe and healthy. This is a stressful time for all. We are eager to get back to work and doing what we love - taking care of pets! We will open as soon as we’re allowed by the authorities.

FOSTER FOUND!!! This is Zeke, he is dog and kid friendly and he is shelter bound this weekend if we can’t find him a foster home. He is 6 yrs old, healthy (and... neutered) and really sweet, however he barks when he is left alone all day. His family has reached out to us in order to see if we can help him before the weekend... Anyone willing to help sweet Zeke????

We are working hard to get the salon compliant with new safety standards and waiting for all necessary PPE to arrive. We are working with our staff so we all have a clear understanding of the new protocols. We want to do this right so everybody stays as safe as possible.
