Hello Folks! Yesterday our ICU availability fell from 17.1% to 14.4% and today fell further to 11.1%. This means that the Greater Sacramento Region is not eligible to exit the regional stay at home order this week. If you have an appointment scheduled 1/1 - 1/9 you should have received a notification from Caitlin earlier today. ICU availability in our state will be assessed on a week by week basis and we will be clearing our calendar one week at a time until the order is lift...ed and we are able to return to regular sessions. Hello Folks, Butte County was moved to the widespread "purple" tier for COVID-19 spread. However, massage was granted an exception to remain open indoors in all tiers provided we continue the precautions put in place to mitigate the spread of the virus. I recently graduated from The National Holistic Institute, one of the nation’s top schools of Massage Therapy. I feel so fortunate to have found a career that allows me to help people in a meaningful way. I believe that massage is a powerful tool for helping people from all walks of life manage both their pain and stress levels. My goal is for each client to leave from our session moving more freely and feeling rejuvenated. I so look forward to meeting you and, together, creating a plan to best facilitate your healing. New Offering! Have you always wanted to develop a meditation practice, but weren’t sure where to start? Have you fallen out of a meditation practice and are looking for accountability to get you back on track?... Do you have a solid meditation practice, but would like to cultivate community in your practice? Caitlin will be leading a virtual 6-week meditation series. Each session will include a brief reading, a discussion, and a facilitated practice via Zoom. This series will be rooted in meditation techniques aimed at stress reduction, emotional regulation, and relief from anxiety. Sessions will take place Sundays 4pm-5pm running Oct 18 - Nov 29. Butte County has been shifted to tier 2. This means Prana Endura is able to reopen for services indoors. We will be using the next two days to make sure that our office is ready and begin offering appointments in office on Friday, Oct 2. Per state law masks will be required for clients and therapists for the duration of the session. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask your session will need to be rescheduled to a time when masks are no longer recommended by the CDC.... If you feel unwell or have a known exposure to COVID-19 prior to a scheduled appointment you must reschedule. We're very excited to get back in our office!

Hello Folks! A quick update on Prana Endura. Butte County is still considered Tier 1 in COVID-19 spread and we are still not permitted to perform services indoors. However, we have reached Tier 2 numbers and if we maintain those numbers for two consecutive weeks we will be eligible to be downgraded to Tier 2 officially.... At this point the earliest possible date that we may be able to return to work in our office is October 13. We will continue monitoring numbers and will post updates as they are appropriate.
