Safely deposit your used motor oil, oil filters, antifreeze, paint products, e-waste, and more. Masks are required. Call 1-800-OILY-CAT for more information.

We are proud to announce that we are launching a new look! The Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District adopted a new logo on September 16, 2020, at the regular meeting of its Board of Directors. The new logo represents the District's location where the "Mojave Meets the Mountains." The elements represented in the logo feature the mountains which can be seen throughout the District, the hills of Pinon Hills, the desert area of Phelan, and the sun above the mountains representing the abundant sunshine received in the area, an average of 284 sunny days per year.
