#TransformationTuesday Before the pandemic Auroras been on fire attending our fitness kickboxing classes and still going strong in our zoom kickboxing classes. At the age of 44. Aurora went from 159 to 132. She’s been doing kickboxing 3x per week and walking daily. She also eats a low-carb plant-based diet. We so appreciate every single one of you and your hanging with us during 2020 - the most crazy and challenging year ever for much of the world!! Whether you trained virtually, In Person or a combination of the two - it did not go unnoticed by us. Your resilience and that of your children through this year has inspired us to become stronger, better, smarter and more dedicated ourselves in a variety of ways. Thankful to you all as you helped keep us motivated to make it work ourselves along with our dedicated Power of One Staff - to provide you with the very best classes that we possibly could! We are so looking forward to 2021 and to seeing everyone in the New Year, but right now we are also looking forward to this much needed week off.
