Hey! Did you know today is National Dress up your Pet Day! I had no idea until @penelopechadwick let me know! Well I don’t know about your pet, but my dog Tazzy absolutely hates wearing clothes! She is my naked babyall the time, except for her collar. ... ~~~~~~~ One Christmas my daughter bought her a cute winter sweater. We tried putting it over her head, and if I remember correctly, we were never successful getting it around all of her legs. She wiggled and fought us the whole way. I finally told @k_annemarie18, she ain’t having it-take it off! ~~~~~~~ Sooff came the sweater. The minute Tazzy was naked once again--the laughter commenced. Tazzy shot off like a crazed bullet around the house. She ran from one room to the other like the Tasmanian devil she is named after, taking quick pauses before starting up again. I never laughed so hard in my life. It’s amazing she didn’t hurt herself as she catapulted from bed, to couch, to chairs, and her bed on the floor. This went on for at least 5 minutes. She had so much speed built up she was actually making the furniture move on her landings and launches. We egged her on by saying Red light. Green light!" ~~~~~~~ Tazzy is my little spitfire and I do think of her as my assistant. While writing contracts from the couch, she barely gives me elbow room. While reviewing home inspections she sits on my legs sharing a blanket. While searching for homes for my clients she curls up right next to my desk chair looking up at me in approval when I find a good one. ~~~~~~~ When working from home she is ALWAYS by my side. I SPOIL her ROTTEN! She has no clothes of her own, but I cover her up with my PINK bathrobe as she takes her place at the foot of my bed at the end of our long workday. I love her to pieces. Wish I could buy her clothes for National Dress up your Pet Day but for now, my pink robe will just have to do!
