awesome customer service! I missed entering a free shipping coupon on my order. The owner sent me a text telling me I did not get free shipping on my order and ...that he was refunding me the shipping costs. He could have easily taken my money and I would have been none the wiser. Shows me that they have character as a business. Then later I had an issue with an epoxy dye that was too thick.
