Thank you to Port of Stockton tenant Marathon Petroleum Company for awarding the Port of Stockton Police Department one of their annual Public Safety Grants. The Port PD applied for and was awarded $2,500 to purchase new personal flotation vests and water rescue throw bags for the Port PD Boat Unit. The life vests and throw bags were presented by Marathon Petroleum Company, Stockton Terminal Manager Sal Rodriguez and Marathon Government Affairs representative Nichol Carranza.

The Port of Stockton is the proud recipient of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Sacramento Section 2019 Outstanding Airports & Ports Award for the Navy Drive Bridge Replacement. The project was the Replacement of a Highway Bridge Program (HBP) funded, two-lane moveable swing bridge with a new four-lane removable span fixed bridge across the San Joaquin River. Thank you engineers and contractors for making this a successful project!
