The math department is in the process of searching for a new member of the math faculty and we want to make sure student opinions are heard in the process. Our first candidate, Jamie Haddock, will be here this Friday January 31. The students on search committee will be holding a lunch with her in the math lounge at noon for any interested students to get to know the candidate and give feedback. We want to hear your opinion!

Hey everyone who is going! The event Pie-Making at Rad's House starts at 7pm tomorrow! Her address in on the google form at the bottom of the description. It's about a mile away from Pomona's campus! Feel free to message Rafa Martinez-Avial or Helen Guo if you can drive people. The distance is walkable/bikeable however. If you would like to walk, please meet Helen in front of Millikan at 6:30pm and we can go as a group! Otherwise, see you there!
