Everyone, meet William! He's one of our prep cooks, and he makes your falafel, cheese-stuffed falafel, marinades, vinaigrettes & sauces. He also shapes the kefta - and he has such incredible hand skills that when he shapes it, it always comes out perfectly! We made him Tres Leches for his birthday (because it's his favorite) and we're putting it on the menu for you as well. One advantage of COVID - when it's your birthday and you blow out the candles, the cake is all yours!... We also want you to meet the staff who make the food you love!!
