Meet Javier, aka Javi from the Pokeworks South OC squad. He's been chosen for this month's Winner of Core Values because of his commitment to integrity, an incredibly important and honorable characteristic we so value at Pokeworks. Our GM, Chelsea has SO much to say about him but we'll give you a taste of what she, and his teammates have to say about him! He takes everything he does to heart and his level of care for our guests and our team is something that cannot be taught.... His integrity and loyalty to his role as Shift Lead puts me at ease when I am not in the building. His attention to detail and his eagerness to do his job faultlessly and professionally inspires (and challenges!) those he works alongside and contributes to the reason why Pokeworks is a step above the rest. His willingness to learn humbly and be the absolute best version of himself, both professionally and personally, is why I believe Javier will go on to do great things in his life and for others that are fortunate enough to know him. Congrats Javi, you are a rockstar!!!
