Pleasanton Pilates 12.01.2021

Received this from one of my students last week, so sweet! I feel so fortunate to have such wonderful & motivated students. Thank you! My daughter quarantined me on March 2nd because I’m 78 years & have smoked most of my life. I have been working with Nikki for 3 years and always enjoyed how her Pilates sessions made my body (& mind) feel. I felt being house bound would make it even more important that I exercise & stretch. Nikki has been coming to my home now, twice a week... via FaceTime, keeping me moving & connected with the outside world. These sessions have been invaluable to my well being physically & mentally. Do yourself a favor & have Nikki or one her coworkers join you in your home, also. - Sue We are all in this together & we will all get through this together. Love all around
