This is a scary time right now and our thoughts are with those impacted by the coronavirus around the globe. As a restauranteur- I have always been focused on ...the safety of our guests and staff. With the current State of Emergency, we are taking extreme and immediate steps to ensure the safety of our customers and everyone around us. Your support and trust as a community mean the world to all small businesses, and I hope you can continue to support and help ours as we get through this. In turn we want to support our customers and their needs; delicious food prepared with a high level of sanitation and care. As of now both Lido Di Manhattan Beach and Playa Hermosa Fish & Oyster are operating normal business hours. We are also offering to pick up curbside while you wait in the car if you call-in your order directly to, 310.536.0730. Lido is available on UberEats and DoorDash which can be found on our website at www.lidodimanhattan.com as well as for delivery. We are double wrapping everything to ensure no food is touched by drivers or anyone unsupervised. Below you will find some of the extra safety precautions we are taking to make sure everyone stays healthy. Our host will be seating every guest at a comfortable social distance away from other guests. Patios at both restaurants are open for additional space and fresh air- they are heated and great spaces to dine. As part of our protocol to keep everyone safe we are taking the following measures: All employees, of course, as a standard are required to wash their hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds and often. We always disinfect all menus, and surfaces touched by employees and guests after each diner. We are asking any employees who aren't feeling well to stay home and not come back until 24 hours after they have no symptoms or fever. We are taking the temperature of every staff member upon arrival to work and everyone who is in contact with food will be wearing gloves and changing them often.
