Our Managing Principal of Environmental Services, Bill Halligan, as AEP State President, recently took part in AEP’s Day at the Capital event, meeting with various Legislators and staffers regarding proposed CEQA-related bills and was a speaker at the annual CEQA Hot Topics presentation at the Capitol. He is also participating in a Working Group on a CEQA-reform bill (AB 2323) sponsored by Assembly members Friedman and Chui.
