Congrats to my clients who just sold their well preserved Outer Mission home of over 30+ years. The challenge was to sell the house for the highest price in the shortest amount of time as possible. They did not think we would break a million without a full reno and fancy new upgrades. The house was not a fixer but it did need some sprucing up. We decided to refinish the floors and add a fresh new coat of interior paint. We figured we would leave it to the new owner to add their own personal touch by leaving them with a blank canvas to work with. 19 offers later and we sold the house $282 over asking at $1.081 million. Mission accomplished!

Just how is the real estate market? We listed this property at $554,999 which was below market value in hopes to create a bid war. Neighborhood comps showed a range of $580k, and the offers we received proved that to be correct. 15 days later, we closed at $609,999, which is $55k over asking and $30k higher than any house within the same community.

Another Place One closing: a brand new and beautiful home in Roseville! This house took a little longer to be completed due to the pandemic but surely, the wait was worth it! Congratulations to the Ortiz’s on the closing of their brand new home!!!

It took a little longer than we expected but we got it SOLD! We originally listed this beautiful condo at $875k hoping that it would sell fast but after 40 days on the market we received no offers. We decided to drop the price to $850k, but after 3 weeks and still no offers we knew we had to change our game plan. We dropped the price to $799k and added an offer date in hopes of creating a bid war. In a week's time, we tripled the number of showings and received 3 offers! Even though our original plan didn’t go as expected, we made sure we covered all the bases and still received $35k over asking!
