R E M I N D E R There are still spots available for the Holiday Drive-in Movie Special on Saturday December 12th. Movie will be featured in the Placentia City Hall parking lot. Pre-registration is $5.00 per vehicle and is required. The City of Placentia will host its annual Community Christmas Basket event on Wednesday, December 16th at the Whitten Community Center. The event will feature a visit from Santa Claus and families will receive a food bag and toys for the children. The event is free and pre-registration is required. Donations of 300-400 new unwrapped toys are needed in order to fulfill this year’s need. Donated toys should be for children ages 0-14 years old. *REMINDER* 1 DAY LEFT Join the City of Placentia for a Winter Wonderland Drive Thru experience! The event will be held at the Placentia Civic Center at 401 E. Chapman Ave on Thursday, December 3rd from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This event is FREE and registration is not required. Collect a variety of Holiday treats and goodies as you drive by Holiday themed displays complete with Holiday music, Santa’s Elves, a light show, Chanukah display and Santa Claus himself! Participants will be asked to remain in their vehicle, wear a mask, and roll down their windows to safely collect their treats. Santa will be making Zoom calls this year! Santa will be available to visit over Zoom with the Placentia community on December 7th and December 8th between 5:30 p.m. 8:00 p.m. and on December 11th between 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required and will begin on November 30th.
