Good morning parkour students! Just so everyone knows starting today there will be an informal sign in and sign out (to help with safety) so please make sure you come up and talk with me before and after class. Thank you very much and see you at 4:00!

Good morning parkour students! Today is going to be hot so I wanted to remind everyone to wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. I am also going to have a water balloon fight at the end of class to cool everyone off. Please let me know if you don't want your child to participate. Finally, I would like to get everyone's phone numbers for ease of communication so please come talk to me before dropping your kids off. Thank you!

I am very happy to report that after a nice summer break PK4U is officially back in business. Classes are going to be at 4:00 at Miwok park every Monday. See you guys there!

To all Parkour Students: We are planning on doing Parkour class tomorrow. There is a possibility of thunderstorms so check facebook and we will keep you updated on whether or not it will be safe enough to train.

Spring weather is in, which means its a great time for parkour classes! We are having class every Monday afternoon from 4-5. Also be on the look out for our private class option that is coming soon! Hope everyone has a great rest of there weekend.
