Order your Thanksgiving Meal Kits by Friday, November 20th! We’ve made Thanksgiving so simple with this reheat at home kit designed to feed 4 guests. The only item that you will cook is the roast chicken which will be brined by us for your convenience. Meal kit contains one uncooked whole brined chicken, classic gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing with housemade sausage, currants & sage, wood oven roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta, butternut squash with brown butter & sage..., chicory salad mix with a walnut & sherry vinaigrette and a pink lady apple & huckleberry tart with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Add sparkling, white or red wine selected to pair with the meal, or choose from one of our cocktail kits, including hot buttered rum or a hot toddy. We are hiring a garde manger The garde manger here is the "keeper of the food" and does a great deal for every station. They are responsible for making pasta, cutting and washing lettuces, mixing and rolling pizza dough, amongst other batch oriented projects like braising, sausage making, and butchery . . The garde manger shift starts at 8:00am and ends at 6:30pm... . .
