We are hiring a garde manger The garde manger here is the "keeper of the food" and does a great deal for every station. They are responsible for making pasta, cutting and washing lettuces, mixing and rolling pizza dough, amongst other batch oriented projects like braising, sausage making, and butchery . . The garde manger shift starts at 8:00am and ends at 6:30pm... . . The cooks here work four 10 hour shifts and everyone starts at $15/hr plus tips We offer medical after 90 days and dental right away . . We have a culture of transparency and respect.
