Amy Erez of SugiHealth has been a holistic health educator for over 35 years. She'll be sharing simple techniques for relieving symptoms and returning to a place of calm. Techniques include self-help acupressure points, easy movements in the chair or lying on the floor, and chi gong exercises to get everything flowing. Results include breathing more freely, reduction in pain, increased mobility and a return to hopefulness. https://ccclib.bibliocommons.com//event/605e3fac37a4642f00
