Amy Erez of SugiHealth has been a holistic health educator for over 35 years. She'll be sharing simple techniques for relieving symptoms and returning to a place of calm. Techniques include self-help acupressure points, easy movements in the chair or lying on the floor, and chi gong exercises to get everything flowing. Join us on Jan. 16 for an in-depth discussion with History professor Brazell Carter, former adjunct professor at Las Positas and Diablo Valley Colleges and current professor of Afro-American Studies and U.S. History at Green River College in Washington.
