Link in bio: Based on true events, this short film follows Benjamin, a young scholarly Afro-German captured by the Nazi regime and taken to the concentration camp Mauthausen-Gusen. Benjamin quickly discovers the other inhabitants of a unique section of the camp coined the Zoo - which houses Black male prisoners from all over the world. When Benjamin’s thirst for books unintentionally saves the life of Dr. Richter, a Nazi scientist conducting brutal human experiments, he is drawn the doctor's into a subjects himself. This psycho-thriller sets Benjamin on an unimaginable quest for survival as he navigates two thin roads: engage the crazed scientist (survival), or protect his fellow man (certain death).
