STATUS OF PINECREST MOBILE HOME PARK We still do not have an official report of the status of the park at this time. Access to the property has not been allowed. However, based on the official information available from the HOUSE BY HOUSE STRUCTURE STATUS (see http://calfire-forestry.maps.arcgis.com//webap/index.html) it appears that no structures survived the fire. We are deeply saddened by the loss of the Pinecrest Mobile Home Park and the impact to our tenants in the r...ecent Camp Fire in Paradise, CA. The Pinecrest Mobile Home Park was a unique community and home for our tenants. We are working with our management company, Evans Management, to maintain contact with our tenants and keep our residents informed of our progress. We fully intend to rebuild the park as soon as possible, our goal being to re-create a safe, quiet, and affordable community for individuals within the Town of Paradise. We are in the process of evaluating the extent of damage and working with state, local, and federal agencies to help facilitate the rebuild.
