To our valued customers, As you probably know by now, bay area cities have issued a "shelter-in-place" order requiring people to stay in their homes and not come out except for necessities. In light of this order, the Pinecrest will be open from 8am-9pm for take out orders. You can either call us @ 415-885-6407 to place an order, show up or find us on Doordash. We wish you all the best in this very difficult time and pray that you will all return again (to dine in) healthy. Please take good care of yourselves by taking all necessary precautions. HaPpY 50th BiRtHdAy To Us!!! We would like to thank all of our customers from around the world for helping us reach our 50th Birthday!!! It’s not often that businesses survive this long, but between incredible customers, a dedicated staff, daily owner involvement and great landlords, we have made it possible. This year was a bittersweet year for us as we lost one of our original founders, Nikoletta Foundas, age 92 in February. Her husband Bill, also 92, has been known ...to be a fixture at the first counter stool next to the register since his son, Pete officially took over in 2008. Customers come back from all over the world looking for Bill, but he is no longer capable of coming to work. Bill is embarking on his final journey in the comfort of his home with his grandchildren, while reminiscing of times when the streets were clean and everyone outside his windows were well dressed and attending the theater. There are so many stories to tell. Times have changed and we are rolling with the punches. We look forward to serving you for many decades to come!
