6/18/2020 update: Dear Guests, As we are opening up, we have been given new rules and regulations that must be followed per county and state guidelines. With that being said, Pinecrest Chalet is temporarily allowed to only operate at 25% occupancy. These new rules and regulations were just given to us thus, resulting in such changes. Due to this our RV sites remain temporarily closed until at least August 2020, unless you already have an existing reservation. If we can open ...our RV site booking sooner, we will be sure to post updates here on Social Media. Another new rule we have become aware of is that between guests, we must keep rooms unoccupied for a minimum of 24 hours after they have been heavily sanitized by housekeeping. We continue to experience an extremely high call volume and thank you for your loyalty and patience with us during this time. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24-48 hours for a callback. If you need immediate service, please send us a message here on social media with your name, number, and booking number. If you would like to make a future reservation, check availability, or pricing you may do so completely online at https://pinecrestchalet.com again, at this time we will NOT be accepting any NEW RV site reservations until at least August 2020. Our swimming pool will be OPEN to guests however, guests will be provided with specific hours per party/family for the 6ft rule to be implemented adequately. Guidelines, updates, rules/restrictions are constantly changing thus, resulting in new information daily if not hourly. Our priority is our guests' health and safety and to ensure that, we must follow all county and state rules.
