Guys...this is our LAST DAY FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON!! As in until early spring! As in, no more for a couple months! As in, get your okoles over to the truck TODAY! We’ve got a decent stock of food but we’re hoping to sell out! So please hele on over and make us busy on our last day. We’ve got Chicken Katsu, Spicy Garlic Chicken, plus all the faves. Brought back POKE for the last day and are selling it in bowl form or by the pound! We are so beyond grateful to all of you for you...r food love and support this year more than ever, what with all that 2020’s thrown at us. You guys absolutely rock and we feel the love. I also wanted to thank the entire team-from the Prep Crew to the Truck Crew and the Açaí Crew. Coconut Shrimp with Trio Dipping Sauce Did you know it takes one Prep Crew member an entire shift to make enough shrimp for just ONE DAY Between butterflying the shrimp, battering and breading, and the three homemade sauces, it is quite a process.
