We're so glad you asked! Weather-permitting, we plan on having a few classes a week at Los Altos Park. Currently we have Yogalates on Wednesday + Friday mornings at 8:30am. You'll also find Carlin's Pilates class at the park on Fridays, 10am. These classes will also be filmed so you can do them from home. Stay connected with the studio in case classes are cancelled last minute due to weather or other necessary changes. ... In case you missed the news in our email last week and posts on Instagram, Pilates X has gone VIRTUAL! This year has been devastating to the fitness community so we are going virtual until we get the greenlight to reopen. We're excited for a bigger and better Pilates X Studio sometime in 2021 -- stay tuned! We will be moving to Zoom in the next few days but for now all classes will be taking place in our private Facebook group. Members will receive an email when we're ready... to start connecting via Zoom. Some great news: Yogalates is going to be LIVE at Los Altos Park Wednesday & Friday mornings, 8:30am.
